ACLS 소생 타이머 사용방법

ACLS 소생 타이머의 시작, 가슴압박 중단·재개, 리듬 확인, 약물·제세동 기록 및 결과 저장 방법을 안내합니다.

빠른 사용 순서

  1. 가슴압박을 시작하는 순간 ‘시작’을 누릅니다.
  2. 가슴압박을 멈추는 순간 ‘압박 중단’을 눌러 중단 시간을 기록합니다.
  3. 리듬 확인 후 해당 리듬을 선택하고, 제세동·에피네프린·항부정맥제·전문기도 처치가 시행되면 해당 버튼을 누릅니다.
  4. 가슴압박을 다시 시작하는 순간 ‘압박 재개’를 누릅니다.
  5. ROSC 또는 소생 종료 시 ‘ROSC 또는 소생 종료’를 눌러 요약을 확인합니다.

주요 기능

총 전문소생술 시간시작부터 종료까지의 총 경과 시간을 표시합니다.
사이클 타이머설정한 사이클 길이에 따라 리듬 확인 시점을 시각·청각적으로 안내합니다.
CCF버튼 조작 시점을 기준으로 가슴압박 시간과 중단 시간을 계산하여 가슴압박분율을 표시합니다.
처치 기록리듬, 제세동, 에피네프린, 항부정맥제, 전문기도 처치 시점을 기록합니다.
결과 저장기록 복사, CSV 저장, 인쇄/PDF용 보고서 저장을 지원합니다.

정확한 기록을 위한 주의사항

CCF와 중단 시간은 실제 가슴압박 시점이 아니라 사용자가 버튼을 누른 시점을 기준으로 계산됩니다. 교육·시뮬레이션 후 실제 수행 영상 또는 공식 기록과 함께 검토하는 것이 좋습니다.

기기의 절전 모드, 브라우저 오디오 정책, 무음 모드 등에 따라 알림음·진동이 제한될 수 있습니다. 교육 시작 전 반드시 기기에서 작동 여부를 확인하십시오.

의학적 사용 범위

본 도구는 전문소생술 교육, 시뮬레이션, 팀 훈련 및 기록 보조 목적으로 제작되었습니다. 실제 환자 처치에서는 현행 공식 소생술 지침, 소속 기관의 프로토콜, 실제 환자 상태와 의료진의 임상적 판단을 우선하여야 합니다.

ACLS Resuscitation Timer User Guide

Instructions for starting, pausing and resuming compressions, rhythm checks, intervention logging, and exporting ACLS timer records.

Quick Start

  1. Press START at the moment chest compressions begin.
  2. When compressions stop, press PAUSE COMPRESSIONS to record the interruption.
  3. After a rhythm check, select the rhythm and record defibrillation, epinephrine, antiarrhythmic medications, or advanced-airway interventions when performed.
  4. Press RESUME COMPRESSIONS when chest compressions restart.
  5. At ROSC or termination of resuscitation, select ROSC or End Resuscitation to view the summary.

Main Functions

Total resuscitation timeDisplays elapsed time from start to termination.
Cycle timerProvides visual and audible cues for rhythm-check timing based on the selected cycle length.
CCFCalculates chest-compression and interruption time from button-press timing and displays Chest Compression Fraction.
Intervention logRecords rhythm, defibrillation, epinephrine, antiarrhythmic medications, and advanced-airway interventions.
ExportSupports copy, CSV export, and printable/PDF-style reports.

Accuracy Notes

CCF and interruption time are calculated from the time the user presses the buttons, not from an independent measurement of actual compression timing. Compare the generated record with video or the official record when available.

Audio and vibration may be limited by device power settings, browser policies, silent mode, or operating-system restrictions. Test alerts before training begins.

Clinical Scope

This tool is designed for advanced resuscitation education, simulation, team training, and record support. In actual patient care, current official resuscitation guidance, institutional protocols, the patient’s condition, and clinical judgment take priority.

ACLS 蘇生タイマー 使用方法

胸骨圧迫の開始・中断・再開、リズム確認、処置記録、記録の保存方法を案内します。

クイックスタート

  1. 胸骨圧迫を開始する瞬間に 「開始」 を押します。
  2. 胸骨圧迫を止める瞬間に 「胸骨圧迫を中断」 を押し、中断時間を記録します。
  3. リズム確認後に該当するリズムを選び、除細動、アドレナリン、抗不整脈薬、高度気道確保を実施したら該当ボタンを押します。
  4. 胸骨圧迫を再開する瞬間に 「胸骨圧迫を再開」 を押します。
  5. ROSCまたは蘇生終了時に終了ボタンを押してサマリーを確認します。

主な機能

総蘇生時間開始から終了までの経過時間を表示します。
サイクルタイマー設定したサイクル時間に基づき、リズム確認時点を視覚・音声で通知します。
CCFボタン操作時刻から胸骨圧迫時間と中断時間を計算し、胸骨圧迫比率を表示します。
処置記録リズム、除細動、薬剤、高度気道確保の時点を記録します。
出力コピー、CSV、印刷/PDF用レポートを作成できます。

精度に関する注意

CCFと中断時間は実際の圧迫時刻ではなく、利用者がボタンを押した時刻に基づき計算されます。教育・シミュレーションでは映像や正式記録と照合してください。

端末の省電力設定、ブラウザの音声制限、消音設定などにより通知音・振動が制限される場合があります。

臨床での位置づけ

本ツールは高度な蘇生教育、シミュレーション、チームトレーニング、記録支援を目的とします。実際の患者対応では、現行の公式ガイドライン、施設プロトコル、患者状態、臨床判断を優先してください。

ACLS 复苏计时器使用说明

说明胸外按压开始、暂停与恢复、心律检查、处置记录和结果导出方法。

快速使用

  1. 胸外按压开始的瞬间点击 “开始”。
  2. 停止胸外按压时点击 “暂停按压”，记录中断时间。
  3. 检查心律后选择相应心律；实施除颤、肾上腺素、抗心律失常药或高级气道处置时点击相应按钮。
  4. 重新开始胸外按压时点击 “恢复按压”。
  5. ROSC或结束复苏时点击结束按钮查看摘要。

主要功能

复苏总时间显示从开始到结束的总经过时间。
循环计时器根据设定的循环时长，通过视觉和声音提示心律检查时点。
CCF根据按钮点击时点计算胸外按压时间与中断时间，并显示胸外按压分数。
处置记录记录心律、除颤、药物和高级气道处置时点。
结果导出支持复制记录、CSV以及打印/PDF报告。

准确性说明

CCF和中断时间以用户点击按钮的时点计算，并非独立测量的实际按压时点。用于培训或模拟复盘时，建议与视频或正式记录核对。

省电模式、浏览器音频政策、静音模式或操作系统限制可能影响声音和振动提醒。

临床使用范围

本工具用于高级复苏教育、模拟训练、团队训练和记录辅助。实际患者救治应优先遵循现行官方复苏指南、机构规范、患者情况和专业临床判断。

Guía del temporizador de reanimación ACLS

Instrucciones para iniciar, pausar y reanudar compresiones, comprobar el ritmo, registrar intervenciones y exportar resultados.

Inicio rápido

  1. Pulse INICIAR cuando comiencen las compresiones torácicas.
  2. Cuando se detengan, pulse PAUSAR COMPRESIONES para registrar la interrupción.
  3. Tras comprobar el ritmo, seleccione el ritmo y registre desfibrilación, epinefrina, antiarrítmicos o vía aérea avanzada cuando corresponda.
  4. Pulse REANUDAR COMPRESIONES al reiniciarlas.
  5. Ante ROSC o finalización de la reanimación, pulse el botón de finalización para ver el resumen.

Notas de precisión

El sonido y la vibración pueden verse limitados por el ahorro de energía, las políticas del navegador, el modo silencio o el sistema operativo.

Démarrage rapide

Schnellstart
